Extreme thirst is generally considered worse than extreme hunger because the human body can survive without food for a longer period of time than it can without water. Dehydration can lead to serious health complications much more quickly than starvation. Additionally, the feeling of extreme thirst can be more immediate and intense, making it more difficult to ignore or endure. Therefore, extreme thirst is typically considered to be worse than extreme hunger. **
