As of my knowledge cutoff date in September 2021, there has been no official announcement of a third season of the Angeloid film. The franchise consists of two seasons of the anime series "Heaven's Lost Property" (Sora no Otoshimono) and two feature films, "Heaven's Lost Property the Movie: The Angeloid of Clockwork" and "Heaven's Lost Property the Movie: The Angeloid of Clockwork Final." If there have been any developments regarding a third season or additional films since then, I would recommend checking the latest news and official sources for updates. **
